I had the honour of speaking at Kingshott School’s Speech Day, an experience that will stay with me for a long time.
From the very first phone call with Headteacher David Weston, I could sense something special. His warmth, energy and genuine passion for the school shone through and meeting him in person only confirmed that feeling.
I met with a guy who was Head Boy at my old school many years ago and is now a parent at this wonderful school.
It was awesome to reconnect although I have to admit I felt seriously old!
David’s positivity is truly contagious, it’s no surprise he’s at the helm of such a vibrant, forward-thinking and nurturing school community.
It was a privilege to be part of such an important day in the school’s calendar and I left feeling inspired by the staff, the pupils and the spirit of Kingshott itself.
