Speaking at Francis Holland School, Sloane Square

This was genuinely special.

It was a real privilege to speak at Francis Holland School, Sloane Square, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt it. The atmosphere was calm, purposeful and deeply caring. It’s the kind of place where you instantly know that young people are being seen, supported and encouraged to become their best selves.

The girls were engaged, thoughtful and beautifully attentive. When you’re sharing personal stories that come from challenge, vulnerability and lived experience: that level of presence means everything. It creates a space where real conversations can happen, and where messages about resilience and perspective can truly land.

My heartfelt thanks to Tatty Hunt for making this visit possible and for the care taken in every detail. Working with people who genuinely believe in the power of these moments is always a joy.

And honestly… if Carlsberg did schools, this would be right up there.

I’m always moved by opportunities like this. Talking about resilience, mindset and overcoming challenge with young people who are already asking thoughtful questions about the world and their place in it reminds me exactly why I do this work.

Grateful.
