I had the absolute pleasure of speaking at St. Teresa’s School, Effingham Trust and what an inspiring group of young people they are. 🌟
The pupils were fully engaged from start to finish and their thoughtful questions afterwards showed just how deeply they connected with the message that resilience isn’t something you’re born with: it’s a skill you can learn, practise and strengthen.
Moments like these remind me exactly why I love what I do. Watching young people reflect on how they handle challenges, and realising they have the power to shape their own mindset, is truly powerful.
