A Moment I’ll Never Forget
After everything, the planning, the hope, the fear, the finances I finally had my operation in St. Louis, a life-changing step I never could have taken without the incredible support of the Professional Cricketers’ Trust.
They kindly filmed a short interview with me and my eldest daughter, and when I watched it back I won’t lie, the tears came.
To see the journey through her eyes. To hear her speak with such strength and love. To be reminded of how far we’ve come together, it was overwhelming.
That video captured far more than just a story, it held years of struggle, resilience, sacrifice, and hope.
It reminded me why I fight so hard. Not just for myself, but for my family. For moments like that. For the people who stood by me when I couldn’t stand at all.
Very, very special. A moment I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
